I definitely didn’t spend 3 hours yesterday recording a cover of Puff the magic dragon because a 4 year old briefly suggested it…as if I needed any encouragement at all…
Two years ago I remixed a track by Athens’ lovely Azure Ray called ‘Don’t Leave My Mind’. The remix ended up making it’s way to the ladies themselves who sent me a heap of stuff via airmail in return. Including some vinyl, a shirt and a lovely little note…it was very nice indeed.
Anyway, I hadn’t really shown it to anyone since, and they never used it officially (as I obviously hoped they might), so here it is for anyone that may be interested. It’s proper twee and cutesy. Perhaps a little too much so in hindsight.
